Our website serves as an informational platform and point of contact for potential and existing clients. It does not function as an e-commerce storefront and no purchase transactions are completed through the website.

3Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you must not:

4Enquiries & Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or WhatsApp does not constitute a binding contract or a confirmed order. All enquiries are subject to review, and we reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any enquiry at our sole discretion
• Request additional information before providing a quotation
• Revise or withdraw a quotation before written confirmation of an order

A binding contract is formed only when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope, price, timeline, and other material terms of a specific job. Verbal agreements are not binding.

5Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation (typically 7–14 days unless stated otherwise). Payment terms will be agreed upon individually for each job. We reserve the right to require a deposit before commencing work, particularly for new clients or high-value orders. Final payment is due upon completion and before collection/delivery of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or any method agreed upon in writing. We are not responsible for any bank charges incurred by the client.

6Turnaround Times & Delivery

Turnaround times provided at the time of quotation are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to volume, technical requirements, material availability, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from delays in completion or delivery. If you have time-sensitive requirements, please discuss these explicitly before confirming an order, and we will do our best to accommodate. Collection and delivery arrangements will be agreed upon for each order individually. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon collection or handover to a delivery agent.

7Quality & Workmanship

We take pride in the quality of our electroplating work and stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of completed work, please notify us within 7 days of collection or delivery with a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will, at our discretion, either:

• Re-do the affected work at no additional charge, or
• Provide a partial or full refund depending on the nature and extent of the defect

Our warranty does not cover defects arising from the client's own material deficiencies, misuse after collection, or conditions not disclosed to us at the time of ordering. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to items submitted for plating.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services
• Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific job giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for damage to items submitted for processing if such damage results from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us
• We are not liable for losses resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, government restrictions, or industrial disputes

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Sunsai Electroplating or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may share links to our website and reference our business information for legitimate purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the State of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
